The team behind Wizards Unite finally released a little more information on the next Community Day, which will take place on Saturday, August 10.
This will be the second Community Day for the game, and already it looks like the focus will be quite different. While the July Community Day gave us more Care of Magical Creatures Traces and some extra XP, this one will be centred on Fortresses and Wizarding Challenges.
Let’s have a look at what the developers have to say.

The August Community Day Theme
As we mentioned before, this month’s Community Day will focus heavily on Wizarding Challenges.
The developers mention extra bonus XP for completing Wizarding Challenges (Fortresses), and even more bonuses when we do so with friends.
And please remember, in order to get extra XP in Fortresses when going with a group, make sure to first add their Friend Code. Just tap on the Friend Code icon on the bottom-left corner of the map and add their code or ask them to add yours. Once the invitation is accepted you will get the extra rewards for facing the Wizarding Challenge together.
Looking for players in your area? Add your Friend Code to our map!
And if you’re part of a Local Wizards Unite Community add it to this map to help other players in your area find you!
Every other bonus, in fact, seems centred on these Challenges as well. We will receive an initial energy pack, which should help us make it through more fortresses without having to stop by the Inns so often,
Healing potions, which are only used in Fortresses, will brew faster than their standard 2 hours and replenish more than their normal Stamina (which is 1/3 of a players’ maximum stamina).

And to make sure we can brew as many Healing potions as we need, we will also find more ingredients on the map. In this case we will find extra wormwood, Bubotuber pus, dittany and dragon liver.
One quick tip, though. The event only lasts three hours, so unless they confirm healing potions already brewing will be affected by the speed bonus, I would make sure my cauldron is empty when the Community Day begins.
