I'm also a Ravenclaw who hates formal studying (although I always felt more like a Hufflepuff.) I find dark, morally grey or evil characters much more interesting than heroes, but I love superhero stories.

Obviously, I love everything Harry Potter, and I am strangely obsessed with Dementors for some reason...
